DAY 0

ORDER PLACEMENT & VERIFICATION

Your order is received and verified for completeness. Professional credentials are confirmed. Payment processing is initiated. You receive an automated confirmation email with order number.

DAY 1–2

QUALITY CONTROL & DOCUMENTATION

Products are selected from current batch. Certificate of Analysis (COA) is verified. Export documentation is prepared including commercial invoice, packing list, and any required regulatory certificates.

COLD-CHAIN PACKAGING

Products are packed with appropriate cold-chain materials (gel packs, insulated containers as needed). All packaging is designed to maintain product integrity throughout international transit.

DAY 3–4

DISPATCH & TRACKING

Shipment is handed to carrier. Full tracking number is emailed to you. Customs declarations are filed on the US side. You can track your shipment in real-time via the carrier portal.

CUSTOMS & DELIVERY

Package clears destination customs (timeline varies by country). Delivery to your specified address. You receive delivery confirmation. COA and documentation included in shipment.
